Science

At OncoBlaze, our innovative technology, grounded in peer-reviewed science, enables the delivery of high-dose chemotherapy with pinpoint accuracy to tissues harboring remnant cancer cells after surgery. This drug-device combination pairs a potent chemotherapeutic, encapsulated in heat-sensitive lipid particles, with a precision heating device. Upon mild heating, the lipid particles release the drug directly into targeted tissues. Additionally, our device features an integrated imaging system, allowing real-time visualization of the drug’s precise location and dosage. In preclinical sarcoma mouse models, this approach has shown over 80% efficacy in preventing tumor recurrence.
